3. Booking and Reservations

• All bookings must be made through our online booking system.
• Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Payment must be made at the time of booking or upon check-in as specified.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Payment and Fees

• All prices are in Philippine Pesos (₱).
• Accepted payment methods: Cash and GCash.
• Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use our services responsibly and not to engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with our operations.

6. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
